Denver City Council District 5 Neighborhoods

Mayfair

Mayfair is a wonderful neighborhood in east Denver. The quiet community is surrounded by and sometimes overlaps with Bellevue-Hale, Montclair, Hilltop and East Colfax. We hope to see you at our gorgeous Mayfair Park, maybe walking the dog or riding bikes with the family!

Are you a Mayfair Neighbor?

Mayfair is not a "statistical neighborhood" according to the city of Denver, but its residents consider it to be its own neighborhood. Mayfair is the area south of Colfax, North of Sixth, East of Eudora, and West of Monaco. Mayfair is also part of Denver's East Area Plan. Have a vision for the future of Mayfair? Join the East Area Plan Steering Committee Meetings and share your voice with your neighbors and city leaders! The Committee meets on the fourth Thursdays of each month at Denver's Art Gym (1460 Leyden Street).

Amanda Stands for...

One Of Us

Denver City Council Candidate Amanda Sawyer is raising her family here. Vote for her in May 2019

I'm a proud mom and know what it's like to live on a budget. I understand the challenges that have caused too many Denver families to leave for the suburbs.

Putting Neighbors First

Amanda Sawyer is a candidate without ties to big developers in Denver.

Our city is going to continue to grow, that's a fact -- but we must protect the character of our neighborhoods and ensure our community has a seat at the table when discussing big development projects.

Getting Things Done

Amanda Sawyer, Candidate for Denver City Council May 2019 will be responsive to traffic concerns

I have a track record of fighting to ensure the voices of our local community are heard. I'll continue find collaborative solutions to solve the big problems we face, and focus on getting things done.
